I made this by playing a couple sine waves on different notes, then i added a fruity waveshaper to add harmonics whenever one of the sine waves clips, then filtered out the original sine waves, leaving you with the distorted harmonics you have here. Made with fl studio 12, massive, waveshaper, and edison. If you use this in anything, please put it in the comments, me and other people may want to check it out!.

I wanted to make a very gentle wakeup alarm for my android phone. It's a 25-minute long fade in of a pure 3-khz tone. Created with audacity. I encoded this to ogg vorbis for personal use, but i'm sure you can do this better for yourself (maybe you'll prefer other format), so here you have a quality flac file for source.

Created with a korg electribe 2 processed by a zoom multistomp ms-70cdr guitar multi-fx pedal, using the particle reverb. The manual states that it models the line6 m9 particle verb. Particle reverb. This kind of noise randomly generates the values -1 or +1 at a given rate per second. This number is the frequency. In this example the frequency is 100 hz. The algorithm for this noise was created two years ago by myself in c++, as an imitation of noise generators in supercollider 2.
